At Nevada UMC, worship is blended — you’ll hear hymns you’ve known for years and songs you may be hearing for the first time. We value tradition and creativity, liturgy and life, silence and celebration. Whether you come in jeans or your Sunday best, you belong here.

You may notice something else during worship — the joyful wiggle of children. We believe kids don’t have to be perfectly still to experience a very real God. They are welcome in the sanctuary, just as they are. Just inside the door, you’ll find our “Prayground,” a space designed especially for little hands and growing hearts. It’s a place where children can draw, read, build, and listen — participating in worship in ways that fit their wonderfully wired bodies.
